Six weeks that change how you feel about speaking. Permanently.

This isn’t a one-day workshop where the nerves creep back a week later. Over six Tuesday evenings, in a small, supportive group, you’ll work through every aspect of public speaking in a way that genuinely sticks.

Each participant works on a real or hypothetical presentation with expert guidance and honest feedback. By the final session, you’ll deliver a six-minute talk and mean every word of it.

“I whole-heartedly recommend Kate’s courses. Since completing it, I’ve seen a big change in my willingness to put myself forward for presenting opportunities. Most importantly, I have been awakened to the potential that I have.”

Jill — Marketing Manager, World Bank

Everything you need to speak with confidence and ease.

Manage Nerves

Feel calm and in control when you speak in meetings, pitches and presentations.

Structure with Clarity

Know what to include, what to cut, and how to build a talk that lands.

Master Storytelling

Use stories to hold your audience’s attention from beginning to end.

Project Your Voice

Speak with ease, colour and flow. Vocal training is often the most transformative session.

Command the Room

Use your body language to convey confidence, even when nerves are still present.

Techniques for Life

Walk away with a practical toolkit you can draw on for the rest of your career.

Six weeks. Six pillars.

Each session builds on the last. You’ll come away from every Tuesday evening with something you can put to use straight away.

Week 1 · 9 June

Mastering Your Mindset

Understand where fear comes from and learn practical techniques to manage it so it no longer holds you back.

Week 2 · 16 June

Create a talk that speaks directly to your audience. Know what to include and how to structure it with a winning formula.

Week 3 · 23 June

The Art of Storytelling

Craft and use stories in a business context so your message has lasting impact on every audience.

Week 4 · 30 June

Voice & Delivery

Week 6 · 14 July

Deliver Your Talk

Put everything together. Each participant delivers a six-minute presentation and receives expert, encouraging feedback.

Real words from real people.

It wasn’t just about how to become more accomplished at public speaking — it drilled down into the reasons why I had built up barriers and how I could overcome those learned blockers.

Alex — Architect

It was exactly what I needed. This course gave me the techniques and confidence to transition into my new role, knowing I would willingly be able to accept speaking opportunities.

Alison — Consultant

I feel confident about speaking in future now and actually a little excited. I’ve found my own style and feel like I can own it more.

Molly — Media Relations
